Our Location
Nestled on the edge of the tiny village of Combe in West Berkshire, we sit at the southernmost tip of the county, bordering North West Hampshire, with Wiltshire just over the hill. Easily accessible by car or train, we’re a short drive from Newbury, Hungerford, Basingstoke, Reading, and Swindon, and just 90 scenic minutes from London.
Set in the heart of the North Wessex Downs, which was classified an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, (now a national landscape), our venue is surrounded by unspoiled countryside, rolling hills, and mature trees, offering a rural tranquility with no road noise.
